Our Clarifying Acne Facial, also known as an acne treatment facial or acne-prone skin facial, is a specialized skincare treatment designed to address and manage acne-related issues. Clarifying Acne Facial can help to prevent new breakouts and improve overall skin health.

This treatment is complemented with the award winning DERMALUX LED Phototherapy treatment, which revitalises and regenerates skin for a more youthful complexion. DERMALUX LED Phototherapy is clinically proven to improve spot prone skin and accelerate the natural healing process.

You are not a suitable candidate for Aquapure Facial Treatment if you:

  • Have sunburn, eczema or rash
  • Have autoimmune disease, HIV, lupus, hepatitis, scleroderma
  • Are on anticoagulants therapy
  • Have melanoma or lesions suspected of malignancy

  • Have acne prone skin
  • Have thin skin
  • Have neurological disorders such as epilepsy as LED light therapy may trigger a seizures

    Pre-treatment Guidelines 

  • No sun exposure for two weeks prior to treatment
  • Avoid exfoliation skincare routines such as peels, exfoliation, etc. for two weeks prior to the treatment
  • The overall operation time is usually 1 hour
  • Please inform the therapist in advance if you have done other skin treatment within one month before the operation (M22, Portenza etc.)
  • To limit sun exposure on the day of treatment, we recommend bringing a cap/hat and a pair of sunglasses.

    Aftercare Guidelines

  • Use mild daily products
  • Do not go to high-temperature saunas, yoga and other high-temperature environments within 1 week
  • Use sunscreen with at least 50SPF every day and avoid sun exposure
  • Do not use acid or exfoliating skin care products for 1 week
