Botulinum Toxin A (more commonly known as Botox) is the protein complex derived from the bacteria Clostridium Botulinum. Currently, there are quite a few types of Botulinum Toxin in use by practitioners all over the world. At Yuchi Medical, our primary choices of Botulinum Toxin are Bocouture and Botox.

Botox blocks signals from the nerves to the muscles. It interferes with the nerve stimulation of the muscles causing excess facial expressions. This relaxes the muscles in the injected part, helping to smooth out your skin and prevent wrinkle formation.
